Because our apparel is unique for each order, we do not generally offer returns. If your product is damaged in some way, we will reproduce for you. In that case, we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it qualifies. If approved we may ask you to send the product back to us or we may simply send another one back to you.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Contact us if you believe we have made a mistake with your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
